-在生产、质量、技术、设备、安全等各项工作落实当中起到强有力的领导作用，不断努力提高管理水平，提高生产效益，全面保质保量完成上级下达的各项指标和任务；

-领导生产安全及5s管理工作，定期开展基于行为的安全检查及5s管理活动；
- lead production safety and 5s management, carry out safety inspection and 5s management activities periodically;
-领导并持续发展公司iso9001、iso22716、标准化等管理体系；
-lead and develop the management system of company iso9001, iso22716 and standardization;
-定期召开并促进车间安全、质量技术分析会议，收集和分析质量信息，制定纠正和预防措施，并按照质量管理体系的要求实施跟踪与监控；根据要求，与其他部门协调，组织实施设计变更及工艺变更；

-确保良好的生产现场维护，并持续改进；减少员工流失；改善物流，半成品等；确保合理安排人员，物料，设备等生产资源；确保高水平的质量控制；及时检查和纠正非标准操作，及时处理异常情况，确保车间的稳定性，保持较高水平的安全生产效率；

-领导设备部门，确保设备的一般维护和管理；合理配置生产设备工作量，不断提高设备利用率；
-lead the equipment department to ensure the general maintenance and management of equipment, allocate the workload of production equipment reasonably, and improve the utilization ratio of equipment continuously;
-组织生产过程中各参数的统计工作和生产跟踪；收集，整理和分析生产的基础数据，为生产决策提供依据；
-organize the statistics and production tracking of each parameter in the process of production, collect, sort out and analyze the basic data of production, and provide the basis for production decision;
-制定和落实各项规章制度，管理要求，生产制度考核机制，实现生产体系的制度化，程序化，规范化管理；
-formulate and implement the rules and regulations, management requirements, production system assessment mechanism, to achieve the institutionalization of production systems, procedures, standardized management;
-确保产品按照生产计划生产，组织车间生产，协调生产过程，掌握生产进度，确保生产任务的均衡生产和完成率，以及100％客户及时交付率；
-ensure product production according to production plan, organize workshop production, coordinate production process, grasp production schedule, ensure production task balanced production and completion rate, and 100% customers timely delivery rate;
-参与各项技术管理标准、生产流程和新产品开发方案的验证工作，及时安排和组织试生产，不断提高公司产品市场竞争力；
-participate in the technical management standards, production processes and new product development program validation work, arrange and organize trial production in time, and constantly improve the company's product market competitiveness;
-落实公司成本控制目标，加强原材料在生产的使用，确保生产成本不断降低，产能和质量不断提高；
-the implementation of the company's cost control objectives, strengthen the use of raw materials in production, to ensure that production costs continue to decline, production capacity and quality continue to improve;
-参加并主持各类生产现场会议（生产调度会，班前会，会后会，分析会议等），全面落实公司发布的工作任务，监督公司分配的各项工作落实情况；从工作中查找，分析和解决问题，及时向副总经理汇报问题并提供解决方案。

任职资格qualifications
-化学类相关专业本科及以上学历；mba或其他高级学位优先；要求必须有深厚的领导职位经验；
-bachelor's degree or above in chemistry or related field. mba or other advanced degree is preferred. required leadership experience is a must;
-5年及以上化工行业相关工作经验，5年及以上生产经理职位从业经验；外企优先考虑；
- 5 years or above chemical industry related work experience, 5 years or above production manager position experience, foreign company preferred;
-熟悉制造型企业运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节；
-familiar with the operation and process of manufacturing enterprises, good at production control and on-site management, proficient in all aspects of manufacturing;
-熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作，熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程，熟悉生产质量的控制管理，熟悉iso9001、 2000质量保证体系；
-familiar with production cost control, co-ordinate operation, familiar with production process and process regulations, familiar with production quality control and management, familiar with iso9001, 2000 quality assurance system;
-具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、规划能力、团队协作能力；英语良好优先。
-good organization, communication, planning and team work skills. good command of english is a plus.
